 The State Theatre Building in Portland, Maine   In the spring of 2022 we collaborated with the team over at Redstone to photograph the exterior of The State Theatre building located on Congress Street in Portland, Maine. It was a beautiful sunny day and this gorgeous historical building photographed so well. The brick pattern is insanely beautiful! As the New England gardens begin to bloom we spend the majority of our day photographing our clients properties. Here are a few of the images we created for Taymil Properties in Yarmouth, Maine.

The mountains in New Hampshire begin to change from a faithful green to an array of red, orange, yellow, and magenta. Take a few moments to scroll through the aerial photography we created for our friends, Settlers Green Outlet Village in North Conway, New Hampshire. We were able to capture the mountains just as they began to change colors. Enjoy.
 Here are a few images from the time we got to spend at Birchwoods at Canco Assisted Living Residence in Portland, Maine. Everyone was so kind and friendly. I really appreciated everyone that I got to know while we were there photographing the grounds.    We get excited whenever we photograph a new apartment development. The campus is so new, untouched, and the smell of fresh paint everywhere. One of the most important parts of the photography session is to capture the exteriors. Here you will see a few of the exterior details we photographed for Trail Run Apartments in Vernon, Connecticut.
While the whole earth is trying to keep safe from Covid-19 and complications from Coronavirus the need for virtual technology has surged. One of the services we offer our clients during this time is an interactive walking virtual tour of residences that are part of the real estate market or potential vacation rental.
