On November 25th 2022, friends and neighbors gathered around Monument Square for the first time in awhile. The atmosphere was truly jolly and full of holiday spirit. All ages gathered together to sing carols and watch the tree light up. 

Thanks to everyone who participated to make this such a great night especially Downtown Portland and the City of Portland, Maine. Bravo!

The streets of Portland, Maine were filled with locals who dressed up as The Queen of Hearts, Cheshire cats, and Alice's.

Our friends at Portland Downtown represent the business, cultural, and residential community in the on-going development and management of downtown Portland, Maine. Part of their plans in the summer of 2022 was to make a relaxing space on Milk Street during the summer. 

Early one morning we caught a quiet moment on the street and took a few aerial images. Summers in the old port are a very special time and we appreciate all of the happy spaces Portland Downtown creates.

Aerial images capture a few brief moments of curious adventurers exploring the picturesque village of Kennebunkport, Maine. 

​On a snowy day in Portland, Maine, the Casco Bay Marina transforms into a mesmerizing landscape of contrasting textures and colors. The marina, normally bustling with boats and people, appears almost skeletal, its empty docks resembling the bony scales of a fish carcass.

The snow creates a pristine blanket of white that blankets the ground, adding a layer of softness to the scene. Against this stark background, the marina's structures and boats stand out in sharp relief, their forms creating a striking contrast with the blue green bay.

Despite the absence of people and boats, there is a sense of tranquility and serenity in the air, as if the marina has been enveloped in a peaceful slumber. The quiet of the snowfall is only broken by the occasional sound of the wind, the soft crunching of snow underfoot, and the gentle lapping of the water against the dock.

It is a scene that is both hauntingly beautiful and deeply serene, a moment frozen in time that captures the essence of the Casco Bay Marina in all its stark and captivating glory.
