Coastal Pharmacy + Wellness have recently become one of our favorite clients. We spent a lovely morning photographing the beautiful pharmacy. Please take a few minutes to see some of the images we created during that photography session.
Coastal isn’t just the average pharmacy, they are so much more. They carry items that are top rate and beneficial. They aren’t just providing the ordinary expectations for their clients but they really care about the health and well being of everyone that walks in the door.
The photography session was a blast. We were energized to connect with a team that loves what they have built, and loves the community to care for us locals in such a unique way. They have opened up this business to care for us inside and out. You could feel that spirit as we photographed the isles and kiosks of wonderfulness. One of the products we offer business owners is a virtual tour of the interior and exterior of their business. We then connect this virtual tour on to the Google Maps platform so that anyone who researches a business type can be brought directly to the business visually, virtually, and eventually in to real visit. You can view the virtual tour that we created for Coastal Pharmacy and Wellness here:

Look at this panoramic image and join me in the silence of winter.
It is a challenge to live, work, and thrive in the snowy winter of Maine especially if you are not adjusted to the climate. This calm and still snow day has rendered the usual challenges effortless The day after a snowstorm does not stand a chance to be a normal day. It’s got to be a snow day. The whole neighborhood is hoping for a snow day. The snow has fallen and the neighborhood takes the day off and calls for an official snow day. During a snow day, the normal goes out the door and one expects to be able to do the unexpected. Like cross country ski down the hill, past all of the Victorian homes on Munjoy Hill, straight through on to The Prom. So for our snow day adventure plans, we grabbed our cameras, stepped out of our old Victorian apartment on the East End, and ventured down to the Eastern Promenade. Prior to walking out the door, the sky turned grey and gloomy, and for some reason it matched how my insides had been feeling. My insides had been feeling like a gloomy day on the East End. Distant from the adventures of newness and close to the quiet inside silence that only winter can offer. Winter sometimes is a silence unlike anything I had ever experienced prior to living here. The snow insulates earth like a recording studio. Only pure, crisp, non vibrating sounds clearly come through. by Cyle + Liz When looking back at different times in our #past we often remember seemingly ordinary #moments. That memory was probably very ordinary and even perhaps a common story among most. Collectively we all can remember some of the fond and not so fond parts of growing up. Perhaps a birthday party, or the loss of a pet, or meeting your best friend. Sometimes, for many, that ordinary moment, without us even knowing, or asking, becomes #extraordinary. #Joy shows up unexpectedly. #Death arrives unwelcomingly. #Giggles erupt spontaneously. #Tears flow uncontrollably. And in those moments a slice of time, if we are lucky, is recognized by our deeper self. We mark it for a reference of what “this feels like”. So this is #joy: memorize it. So this is #sadness: can’t forget it. And the ordinary becomes a treasure. I wonder what treasure memory the companions on the hill will have taken with them on this snowy day on the #EasternPromenade in #Portland, #Maine on #February 3rd, 2021 Loneliness and Me: Getting Reacquainted
