For over 20 years, Convinced Photography has embarked on a culinary journey, capturing the essence of numerous restaurants across the United States. However, this particular assignment marked a remarkable first for us: photographing pre-cooked proteins in an extraordinary butcher shop boasting colossal cuts of meat. Throughout the exhilarating photography session, our skills were put to the test as we immortalized a tantalizing array of meats, including poultry, beef, and pork. Along the way, we delved into the art of butchering, uncovering the secrets to handpicking the most exquisite cuts. Our creative instincts led us to employ geometric high and wide angles, capturing the magnificence of each protein slab in its entirety. Spending a memorable afternoon with the skillful butchers and the proud owner of Janetos Suprette in Dover, New Hampshire, was an absolute delight that left us craving for more.
